These terms apply to use of Dispute.ae. The separate Service Terms apply when Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO accepts a paid administrative service.
Website information
The website provides general administrative information and describes Dispute.ae’s services. It is not legal advice and does not determine the route, deadline, rights or remedy for a particular matter. Official services, fees and procedures may change; use the linked official source and obtain appropriately licensed advice where necessary.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business enquiries about the published service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit malicious code, scrape confidential areas, impersonate another person, interfere with security, misuse forms or upload material that you have no right to provide.
Forms and accounts
A form submission, account registration or booking request does not create an engagement, serve a notice, file a complaint or protect a deadline. Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if unauthorised access is suspected.
Intellectual property
The website design, original copy, brand elements and materials are owned by or licensed to Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce a substantial part, remove attribution or use the material to present another service as Dispute.ae.

Links to DLD, RDC, legislation portals, Eviction.ae and other external services are provided for navigation and source access. Dispute.ae does not control their availability, content or decision-making.
Availability
We may maintain, secure, suspend or change the website without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Where a service or payment record already exists, its applicable terms and records remain separate from general website availability.
Liability boundary
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that qualification, the website is provided for general information and must not be relied on as legal advice or as confirmation that an official filing, deadline or result has been secured.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any mandatory forum or consumer protection right remains unaffected.
