Questions.

What is pre-legal dispute management?

Assessment, file preparation and agreed communication before proceedings.

Can buyers, landlords and tenants use the service?

Yes. Each matter is conflict-checked. We act for one side only.

Are the published fees fixed?

Yes. Paid work begins only after the relevant scope and fee are clear.

How does the developer refund work?

If the agreed intervention is unsuccessful, AED 10,000 of the AED 18,000 engagement fee is returned. Terms apply.

What does the tenant route cost?

A free initial call, an AED 1,499 assessment, then an optional private intervention at AED 2,499 + VAT, flat.

What does the landlord route cost?

A flat AED 1,999, covering assessment and managed outreach.

Is resolution guaranteed?

No. We manage the agreed route. The other party's response is outside our control.

What happens if the matter remains unresolved?

The position remains organised. Any separate next route is explained privately.

What if a formal deadline is close?

The pre-legal route must not delay urgent legal advice.
