2. Payment, outline and acceptance
The initial outline and the fit call are free and do not create an engagement. Within two business days of receiving the outline, Dispute.ae will either send a written scope and total fee for the first paid stage — the Buyer / developer review (AED 2,000 + VAT), the Tenant rental-file review (AED 1,499 + VAT) or the Landlord pre-eviction intervention (AED 1,999 + VAT) — or decline the matter. The stage is paid at checkout after the client accepts the written scope, and begins when payment is confirmed.
Dispute.ae declines where the matter falls outside the administrative scope in clause 1; where the property is outside the UAE; where the matter is already before a court, committee or tribunal in a way that makes administrative support unsuitable; where the client needs legal advice, representation or a drafted legal notice; or where the outline is incomplete and is not completed within seven days of a written request.
A payment received for a matter Dispute.ae then declines, or for a matter the client withdraws in writing before work begins, is refunded in full — the professional fee and the VAT charged on it — to the original payment method, without deduction, within ten business days. No request is needed.
Once acceptance is confirmed, the fee for that stage is earned and the Refund Policy applies. Each stage is separate. Completion of a review does not oblige Dispute.ae to offer, or the client to buy, coordination or intervention.
