The consent panel must display the live cookie name, provider, purpose, category and duration drawn from the production scan. Any cookie not in that register must be blocked or removed. The public page must not contain an invented static cookie list.

Analytics cookies we use. With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages lead to an enquiry. Nothing is loaded until you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie bar. Google Analytics then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which by default last up to two years. We record only the type of enquiry (buyer, tenant or landlord) and whether an enquiry or payment was received — never your name, contact details, the outline you send or any document. Your choice is kept in a cookie named dsp_consent for six months. You can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
