Book the fit call and provide a short factual outline. If a formal deadline is close, contact the competent authority or a licensed legal adviser without waiting for the fit call.
Dispute.ae is a pre-proceedings administrative property-dispute support service. It organises client-supplied records, prepares factual chronologies and document indexes, identifies missing information and maintains authorised communication logs.
No. Dispute.ae is operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO. It does not provide legal advice, legal drafting or legal representation.
Buyer-side developer and off-plan files; tenant-side rental files; and landlord intervention. The desk acts for one side only and may decline a matter because of conflict, scope, capacity, missing records or the need for immediate licensed work.
No. Broker complaints, broker conduct claims and recovery of money paid to a broker are not a Dispute.ae service lane. Use the appropriate regulator, police, court or licensed adviser route for the facts.
We identify the parties, broad issue, records available and any date visible in the file. The call is for service fit. It is not a document review, legal consultation or engagement.
For AED 2,000 + VAT, the review produces a document inventory, factual chronology, document index, missing-record list and official route-information sheet.
AED 18,000 + VAT. It is offered after review under a separate written scope and includes an updated chronology, document index, missing-record list and communications log.
AED 10,000 of the developer coordination professional fee, plus the corresponding VAT charged on that amount, is refundable if Dispute.ae does not deliver all four administrative outputs by the agreed date, subject to a written extension for client delay or agreed scope change. It is not a refund based on whether the developer replies or the dispute resolves.
The tenant review is AED 1,499 + VAT. An accepted communication-coordination stage is AED 2,499 + VAT.
The landlord intervention is AED 1,999 + VAT. It covers record organisation, chronology, one defined factual outreach sequence, one follow-up and a closing communications log.
No. It stops before legal notice drafting, possession proceedings, RDC filing and enforcement. Those requirements are referred to a law firm or an appropriately licensed legal professional.
Yes, when the accepted scope expressly includes factual communication. The client approves the text or factual position before it is sent. Dispute.ae does not send legal notices or negotiate legal rights.
Prepare the complete contract or tenancy record, identity and authority documents, payment evidence, registration or Ejari records, notices, condition or project evidence, and the full relevant communication thread. Do not alter dates, filenames or message headers.
No. Send a short outline first. Complete records are accepted only through the invited secure intake.
No. The outline is free. Work begins only after you accept the written scope and pay the first-stage fee; a payment for a matter we then cannot take on is refunded in full. A form does not file a complaint, serve a notice, start proceedings or suspend a time limit.
No. Those are legal questions. Dispute.ae can organise the factual file and direct the client to current official information, but an appropriately licensed adviser must address legal merits and remedies.
No. We control the quality and completion of our administrative outputs, not another party’s conduct.
The service page states what the first paid stage includes; the written scope for any further stage states its delivery date or service period before that stage is paid. Timing depends on the volume and condition of the records, the client’s response time and any agreed scope change. External response and public-body timelines are not controlled by Dispute.ae.
The administrative file can be handed to an appropriately licensed UAE lawyer or legal consultant under a separate engagement. Dispute.ae does not collect a legal fee as though it were part of the administrative service.
