HOW WE HANDLE A CASE
This desk does not perform urgency. It puts order around the facts, the approvals, the messages, and the people on the other side — so that any movement still possible doesn’t get lost in the confusion.
01
Get the facts straight first
We start by working out exactly where you are right now: contract status, payment status, notices, missing documents, who is involved, and what has already been said or promised.
02
Sort the papers before applying pressure
Payment records, SPA papers, broker messages, developer notices, and informal promises are pulled together into one usable file. A messy file costs you money. We fix that first.
03
Run all messages through one channel
Drafts, calls, and written contact happen in sequence, not all at once. We’re not interested in random parallel pressure, speculative messages, or saying contradictory things to different people.
04
Get your approval before each step
Nothing important is sent off casually. Big steps and timing are run past you for approval where needed, so you stay in the loop without breaking the plan.
05
Treat the other side as the other side
Developers, brokers, and related parties are approached with distance, paper trail, and proper sequence. The point is not to put on a show. It is to keep leverage you can actually use later.
06
Close the file properly
Whether the result is good or bad, the case is documented. If the engagement fails, the written report (with every letter and every reply) is part of how we close it.
Three pillars of how we work
Communication
One line of contact, drafted letters, deliberate sequence, full record kept. Controlled, not for show
Approvals
Big steps are spelled out clearly before they happen. Documented, not assumed.
Timing
Deadlines, notice periods, and commercial windows are central facts, not background detail. Measured, not casual.
How we work
Private-client tone. The desk is quiet by design.
Written records. The file matters as much as the conversation.
No accidental escalation. Every step we take must still be defensible later.
Realistic about what’s possible. We tell you quickly if no real way out remains.
