No fee is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Case review — AED 2,000
The review fee pays for the review itself. It is refundable if the payment was taken twice, charged in clear error, or if we choose not to start the review after payment.
Once review work or review enquiries have begun, the review fee is treated as earned for that stage.
Engagement — AED 18,000
f the engagement fails, AED 10,000 is returned and a full report (every letter sent, every reply received) is provided. If the engagement succeeds and saves you more than the fee, the fee is kept.
For this policy, an engagement is treated as failed when we close it without securing a real result that exceeds the engagement fee.
