Payment Policy
Dispute.ae states the professional fee and VAT before payment. No fee is charged for the outline or the fit call. The first paid stage on each route is paid at checkout only after the client accepts the written scope; any further stage is paid only after its own written acceptance. A payment received for a matter Dispute.ae then declines is refunded in full. The service page, written scope, checkout, order confirmation and invoice must use the same service label, amount and tax treatment.
Approved payment routes
Pay only through a checkout reached from Dispute.ae or through an invoice and payment link sent from an authorised Dispute.ae address. The available card or transfer methods are shown at the point of payment.
Never send a full card number, security code, online-banking password or one-time passcode by email, WhatsApp, form or telephone.
When payment is received
Payment is treated as received when the payment provider or Cendale finance record confirms cleared funds. A failed, reversed or incomplete payment does not open the paid stage.
VAT and invoices
All five public professional fees are displayed as + VAT. The checkout and invoice must show the net professional fee, VAT and total. The Tax Registration Number is 105334659700003.
Separate charges
Government, court, tribunal, notary, registered-mail, translation, inspection, expert, lawyer and other third-party charges are not included unless the written scope expressly includes them. No third-party charge may be incurred through Dispute.ae without prior written identification and approval.
Duplicate or incorrect payment
Email [email protected] with the order number, payment date and amount. Do not send full card data. We will reconcile the payment record and confirm the correction or refund route in writing.
