Why we use it
We use information to route enquiries, perform conflict and service-fit checks, supply the accepted administrative service, communicate with the client and authorised recipients, maintain the matter record, issue invoices and confirmations, secure the website, respond to complaints and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell matter records or use confidential case documents for advertising.
Storage and security
Complete records must be submitted through the designated secure intake, not the general contact form. Access is limited according to role and operational need. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be described as risk-free.
Retention
We retain information for the period needed to provide the service, maintain the transaction and matter record, address complaints, meet accounting or legal obligations and resolve disputes. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or securely restricted in accordance with the applicable record schedule.
International providers
Some service providers may process information outside the UAE. Where that occurs, Dispute.ae uses the contractual, technical or other safeguards required for the transfer and limits the information to the service purpose.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law and any required identity check, a person may ask about the personal information held about them, request correction of inaccurate information, raise an objection or complaint, or request deletion where no overriding retention requirement applies.
Send a privacy request to [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not include a passport copy in the first email. We will explain the secure identity-verification step if it is required.
Other people’s information
Only submit another person’s information where it is relevant to the matter and you have a lawful basis or authority to provide it. Do not upload unrelated private conversations or records merely because they appear in the same device or folder.
