Payment security.

Use only a checkout reached from Dispute.ae or a payment link attached to a verified Dispute.ae invoice. Before paying, confirm the service label, amount, VAT and operator identity.

We will never ask for

  • your complete card number by message or email;
  • the card security code by telephone or form;
  • an online-banking password;
  • a one-time passcode;
  • a remote-access session to your device; or
  • payment to a personal account or an unrelated company.

Payment provider

The payment provider processes card information under its own security and privacy controls. Dispute.ae receives the payment status and transaction record needed to administer the order; it does not need staff to collect card-security data manually.
