SERVICE TERMS
These set out what we are, what we are not, how the case review works, when an engagement starts, how fees are treated, and the limits of the service.
1. What the service is
A private handling desk for selected Dubai property cases under pressure. It may include reviewing documents, structured enquiries, letters, taking a clear position in negotiations, dealing with the other side, getting approvals in the right order, and managing the case within the agreed scope.
2. What the service is not
We are not ordinary brokerage, not a general market advisor, not a source of blanket legal advice, and not court representation. Where other specialists are needed, they are separate from this desk unless we say otherwise in writing.
3. We choose our cases carefully
We accept cases selectively. We may say no at the enquiry stage, after the free call, or after the case review. No client has an automatic right to an engagement.
4. Enquiry alone does not start an engagement
An enquiry, a website form, a free call, or sending us documents does not start an engagement. An engagement only starts when we expressly accept the case and the engagement fee is received, or another written start instruction is given by us.
5. What the case review covers
The case review is the first paid stage. It covers reviewing the file you send, targeted enquiries where useful, comparison against similar cases we’ve seen resolved, and a short written opinion with a recommended path.
The review is a separate service. It is not the engagement and does not promise that an engagement will be offered.
6. Fees and timing
The free call carries no fee. The case review fee is AED 2,000 and is due before review work starts. The engagement fee is AED 18,000 and is due once the engagement is accepted and before engagement work starts — unless we confirm another payment route in writing.
7. How outcomes are treated
If the engagement succeeds and saves you more than the engagement fee, the fee is kept. If the engagement fails, AED 10,000 is returned and a full report (every letter sent, every reply received) is provided.
For these terms, an engagement is treated as failed when we close it without securing a real result that exceeds the engagement fee.
8. Sticking to scope
We work on the case and the scope agreed. If the case changes a lot, new issues come up, or you redirect the file in a major way, we may restate scope or fees in writing before continuing.

10. Limits of the service
We don’t guarantee an outcome. Some cases are already too far gone. We aim to spot that quickly and tell you straight. The fact that the site exists and the payment route is open does not change those limits.
