Rent, deposits, maintenance, renewal or a notice received. If we accept the file, the tenant file review is AED 1,573.95 including VAT (AED 1,499 + VAT), payable only after you accept the written scope.
Landlord
Unpaid rent, missing tenancy records or communication that has broken down. If we accept the file, landlord intervention is AED 2,098.95 including VAT (AED 1,999 + VAT): tenancy and rent-record organisation, one approved factual outreach sequence and one follow-up. Not for notice drafting, possession proceedings or enforcement.
