The case review is for when we should look at the file properly, make targeted enquiries, and tell you in writing whether there is a way forward. Fee: AED 2,000.
What it includes
Review of the documents you supply, targeted enquiries where useful, comparison against similar cases we’ve seen resolved, and a short written opinion. Paid review only.
What it does not include
Full engagement work, broad multi-issue advice, or formal court proceedings. Those are separate.
Before you pay
You fill in the intake form so the file reaches us properly and the review can start with the right material.
Get the file ready before you pay
SPA or main contract papers, if you have them
Developer notices, payment plan, and receipts
Broker messages, commission record, and any trail of missing documents
A short summary in your own words: what happened and where it stuck
