Dispute.ae exists for property files that need active, disciplined handling before proceedings. We work with buyers in developer disputes, tenants in rental disputes and landlords who need a defined intervention before eviction.

We organise the records, fix the chronology, identify missing information and manage approved factual communications. We do not pretend that administrative intervention is legal representation.

Jan Baluyut — Director, Property Affairs

Jan leads property-process standards and the operational review of complex property files. Her role is to keep the chronology, document trail, requested action and receiving-party requirements aligned throughout the matter.

Izha Manabat — Platform Partner

Izha works on developer-facing case operations, record reconciliation and the practical coordination required to move a file through developer departments and project processes. She works on site as part of the operating team.

Anj Ong — Head of Administration

Anj leads administrative readiness across the tenancy and property records handled by the desk. Her experience includes high-volume Dubai real-estate administration, Ejari issuance, property record changes and the small documentary issues that often interrupt an otherwise straightforward process.
