The structure is simple. The free call decides if the case belongs here. The case review decides if a path forward exists. The engagement is taken on selectively and priced as serious work.

The free call
A real first conversation. We use it to decide whether the case belongs with us and whether the file looks recoverable in commercial terms. The call by itself does not start an engagement.
Case review — AED 2,000
The first paid step. We review the documents you send, make targeted enquiries where useful, look at similar cases that were resolved, and come back with a short written opinion and a recommended path. The case review is its own paid stage. It is not the engagement itself.
The engagement — AED 18,000
Taken on selectively. The engagement is offered when we believe there is still a real way through and the file is suitable for controlled handling.
The engagement may include letters, structured contact with the other side, taking a clear position in negotiations, getting approvals in the right order, and managing the case through to the end of the agreed path.
How acceptance works
Selective by design.
No enquiry, form, or free call automatically starts an engagement.
Card payment accepted.
Secure online card payment is normal here. Invoices can also be issued where agreed.
Outcome stated up front.
If we win and save you more than the fee, we keep the fee. If we fail, AED 10,000 is returned and you get a full report with every letter sent and every reply received.
Things to know
Review first. We don’t jump straight to engagement by default.
Two separate stages. The review fee and the engagement fee are not the same thing.
We can decline. We may say no after the free call or after the review.
Card payment is normal. Secure online card payment is part of how this desk works, not an afterthought.
