Each Dispute.ae fee buys a defined administrative stage. The price is stated before instruction, the outputs are written into the scope, and further work does not begin automatically.
These are Dispute.ae professional fees. They do not include DLD, RDC, court, tribunal, notary, translation, inspection, expert or independent legal-professional charges.

What the free fit call covers
The call identifies the parties, the broad issue, the records already available and any deadline visible to the client. It allows Dispute.ae to identify the relevant service and check obvious conflicts or scope exclusions. It is not a legal consultation, document review or promise that a paid stage will be accepted.
Buyer / developer review — AED 2,000 + VAT
This is the first paid stage for a developer or off-plan file. We organise the client-supplied contract, registration, payment, project-status, handover, defect and communication records. The outputs are:
The review does not determine breach, entitlement, prospects or the legal remedy to pursue. It is complete when the five outputs are delivered.
Buyer / developer coordination — AED 18,000 + VAT
This stage is offered after review where the matter is suitable for a defined coordination stage. It may include factual developer communications, records follow-up, practical meeting or department coordination, and maintenance of the live chronology and communication record.
Every outbound communication must be approved by the client. Legal notices, pleadings, legal negotiation and representation are excluded.
AED 10,000 service-delivery refund
AED 10,000 of the AED 18,000 professional fee, plus the corresponding VAT charged on that amount, is refundable if Dispute.ae does not deliver all four outputs stated in the signed scope—the factual chronology, document index, missing-record list and communications log—by the agreed delivery date, subject to any written extension caused by client delay or an agreed scope change.
Eligibility depends only on delivery of those administrative outputs. It is not linked to any reply, settlement, payment, decision, recovery or other result from a developer, landlord, tenant, authority, court or tribunal. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory consumer right or remedy under applicable UAE law.
Tenant review — AED 1,499 + VAT
The tenant review organises the tenancy contract, Ejari record if available, rent and deposit evidence, notices, condition or maintenance records and communications. It produces a rental-record inventory, factual chronology, document index, missing-record list and current official information links.
Tenant coordination — AED 2,499 + VAT
This accepted follow-on stage includes one client-approved factual communication sequence, a defined follow-up schedule, an updated chronology and a communications log. It does not include a legal notice, legal negotiation, RDC filing or representation.
Landlord intervention — AED 1,999 + VAT
The landlord stage includes the tenancy and rent-record inventory, a dated chronology, missing-record list, one client-approved factual outreach sequence, one follow-up within the service period and a closing communication log. It ends before legal notice drafting, possession proceedings or enforcement.
When a paid stage begins
A form or fit call does not start paid work.
Within two business days of receiving the outline we either send the written scope and total fee or decline the matter. The first paid stage is paid at checkout after you accept the written scope and begins when payment is confirmed. A payment for a matter we then cannot take on is refunded in full.
A review does not automatically become a coordination stage.
Any further stage requires a separate written acceptance and is paid only after that acceptance.

Costs charged separately
public-body filing and service fees;
registered post, notary or service-of-notice charges;
certified legal translation;
surveyor, snagging, inspection, valuation or other expert fees;
lawyer or legal consultant fees;
travel, courier or third-party disbursements expressly approved in writing; and
work outside the signed scope.
No third-party cost may be incurred through Dispute.ae without the client being told what it is for and how it will be approved.
